About these terms
These terms apply to your use of goodtrendscollect.com and to orders placed with Good Trends Collect, 13105 NW 47th Ave, Opa-locka, FL 33054, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund and return policy, which form part of these terms.
Products and prices
We describe products as accurately as we can. Product photos are illustrations and packaging may vary. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before taking payment and you may cancel. Trend of the day prices apply to orders placed before midnight Eastern Time on that day.
How a contract is formed
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We email an order acknowledgment, then a secure payment link within one business day. A contract is formed when your payment is completed. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent, and will tell you if we do.
Payment and sales tax
Payment is taken through our payment provider's secure page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Florida sales tax (currently 6% plus any discretionary sales surtax in the delivery county, such as 1% in Miami-Dade) is added for Florida delivery addresses, and tax for other states is added where we are required to collect it. Payment links expire after 7 days, after which the order is cancelled.
Promo codes
TRENDS10 gives 10% off eligible items. It does not apply to eGift cards, the trend of the day, shipping or tax, cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. We may end promotions at any time without affecting orders already placed.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Standard shipping is $6.75 (free on orders of $55 or more after discounts) and express is $15.95. Delivery times are estimates and start once payment is complete. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Weather events, including hurricanes, can delay delivery.
Gift cards and digital codes
eGift cards and software codes are delivered by email after payment and are subject to the issuer's terms. Gift cards we sell carry no fees and no expiration date, consistent with Florida law (section 501.95, Florida Statutes). Keep codes safe: we cannot replace a code that has been redeemed by someone else.
Product safety
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings for every product, especially heaters, alarms, fire safety equipment, supplements and pet products. Safety products support but do not replace a home escape plan, professional installation where required, or calling 911 in an emergency. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (sections 501.201 to 501.213, Florida Statutes) or other laws that cannot be waived. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida (Eleventh Judicial Circuit) or, where eligible, small claims court, unless the law of your home state gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
